About Us

Hello my name is Kent Vincent I have been constructing custom gunite pool and spas in Parker County and surrounding communities since 1993. After graduating High School in 1978, I immediately entered the construction business. I started out as construction laborer working my way up. Working on mostly commercial projects, schools, Hospitals, and Fitness Centers helped me become better educated with the construction process. I started building custom gunite pools and spas as a hobby. This now has turned into a full time career. I really enjoyed the interaction with homeowners on the planning, creativity, and overall construction process. I continue with the hands on personal approach to keep my customers happy during and after completion.

In the summer of 1993 I debated with my wife (Julie) on building our own pool. After talking to several swimming pool contractors and friends in the business I decided to give it a shot. I discovered that the building process was relatively similar to what I had been involved in my job as a superintendent. After completion of my personal swimming pool and spa my craftsmanship and finish product helped me make the decision to continue with the design and construction for others. My friends would ask me to build them a pool and their friends would ask me to build them a pool. The rest is history and I am looking forward to the future. My motto: “I don’t just build pools, but I build lifestyles.”

Vincent Custom Pools is family and locally owned business. I have been married for 28 years, and have 3 children. Justin, Keith, and Jace have all helped in the construction process of the business. My wife Julie helps in the business administration of the company. Julie and I have lived in Aledo, TX since September of 1979 where we decided to raise a family.
